Patricia Miller was inspired by the classic children’s book, A Taste of Blackberries, to become a children’s writer herself. She wrote her first story, The Little Red Star, at age 8, and was her neighborhood’s informal storyteller. An avid horseback rider, gardener, hiker and reader, Miller lives in Nashville.
