MAURICE EARL OSBORN was born in Benton Harbor, Michigan in 1948, but has lived nearly his entire life in Southern California. He served honorably in the United States Army from 1966 until 1969 and fought for freedom in Vietnam. He was married in 1970 and had two children; a boy in 1974 and a girl in 1978. He earned a degree in electronics and worked as a computer programmer for Motorola, GTE, and Ericsson.





He began researching the UFO phenomenon extensively in 1985 and also investigated the U.S. government's involvement with extraterrestrials. In 1995, he wrote a textbook on extraterrestrials, titled "Alien Life Forms". This was followed in 1999 with a book about the U.S. government's involvement with extraterrestrials, titled "Alien Security" and a lecture video on the subject titled “The U.S. and ETs”.





In 2001, he became interested in the crop circle phenomenon and in 2002, he produced a documentary video about the hidden messages discovered in crop circles, titled "Alien Messages". In 2004, he and five other people, created a crop circle in England with a message from humanity to those who create the crop circle messages.





Maurice studied the case of contacts between a Swiss farmer named Eduard "Billy" Meier and humans from the Pleiades star cluster that have occurred since 1975. He produced a documentary video titled, "The Contact Reports" about this case and prepared a book titled, "The Essence of the Notes" which contains translations of the contact notes for the first 76 contacts, arranged in the order of the topics discussed.





Since then, Maurice has written two pamphlets, titled "Alien Abduction Resistance" and "Beware of the Grays" as well as a full briefing document about the "Threats to Human Freedom".
