"I'm not an Ordinary chick. I'm an Extraordinary Woman!"

Often females fall short of reaching their fullest potential because of distractions that become a part of their lives. Many times the distraction is male companionship, or difficult past experiential stronghold. Through her life experience, Andrenna encourages young women to strive for excellence in every area without compromising. She discusses how she overcame her obstacles. In addition, perfecting self before allowing someone to become a major part of her life, mainly male companionship is discussed. Inspiration and encouragement is evident page after page as explanation and advice is given on abstinence and the value of your body, personal attitude, and influential power, starting over and accomplishing set goals in spite of the circumstances. God says that he will give you the desires of your heart, but you first must obey Him. In obeying God, He will propel you to the next level and ultimately to your destiny. Remember any female can be an ordinary chick, but it takes a girl who sets the ground rule to become an Extraordinary Woman!

To know Andrenna Chantai Gibson is to know intelligence, radiance, and beauty. Her calm meek presence lights up a room. Having been born and raised in New York City Housing Authority in a single-parent home, she bares the torch of an over comer. Knowing that there was more to life than what she had been accustomed, she persevered through her obstacles to gain an inner success. At the age of sixteen, she and a group of teenagers developed a peer mentoring program which focused on resolving issues that teenagers were confronted with. Today, she and her best friend continue to work with inner city youth on resolving revolving concerns. Her motto is “Education is key in every area of Life”.



Over the past five years Ms. Gibson has served as an Education Administrator in proprietary education. She has taken on the role of Department Chair, Curriculum Specialist, Director of Education and most recently Campus Director. Equity groups love for her to consult for their firm to develop fresh profitable programs for their schools. Before joining the proprietary education arena, Andrenna obtained her Master’s degree from Hofstra University and her Bachelor’s degree from Lincoln University. Currently, she is a Doctoral student at Argosy University.



With 15 years of experience, her passion has always been working with youth, to educate and grow them into viable citizen in society. She always states that no matter where her career may take her, she will stay connected to her childhood community and inspire teens to achieve as someone did for her. Andrenna has been recognized in the New York Newsday as “An Everyday Hero” because of her contributions to her community. She has submitted entries in the Rockaway Wave newspaper pertaining to youth. Also, she is an inspirational speaker and a motivational coach to teenagers and women.



Andrenna is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, American College of Health Care Executives, Student Sponsor Partners, and most importantly Impacting Your World Christian Center where she gets her spiritual guidance.



When she is not mentoring, educating, or motivating; she enjoys reading inspirational books, traveling with friends and family and shopping.
