Love poems for the mature mind

The author writes from the many faces of love, confronting most issues directly and simply so everyone can enjoy his poetry. Some of these poems will bring sweet memories, some will bring sad feelings, some will bring mixed feelings, others will leave the situation unchanged. The Ras General is a song writer, an artist and a poet. He has written well over 300 poems on different subjects, and while some have been published in some collections and the internet, many are still unpublished. He has received many poetry awards, including international library of poetry's editor's choice awards for outstanding performance in poetry, poet of merit award, and published in its best poets and poems of 2007, an honor he had received in previous years. The Ras General(T.R.G) whose given name is Stanley O. Onwu was born in the West African country of Nigeria, and resides in New York.
