Product description...

What's a girl to do who's been abused and misused?

For Alyssa, life is filled with too many hard lessons. After losing her father at an early age, her childhood innocence is shattered. To protect her mother's happiness, she must keep a terrible secret locked deep within. As she enters into her school years, she falls into the social patterns that so many girls fall prey to seeking love and approval from men who are, as yet, only boys. Without real role models to give her direction, she must face not only the pain of the past but her present challenges, alone. But what will she do when all her wrong choices leave her in darkness?
