Tracy L. ScottTracy was born the 11th of 13 siblings, and raised in Evergreen, Alabama. He is of Seminole Indian and African-American lineage. Tracy graduated from Evergreen High School, completed undergraduate studies at Alabama State University, and completed graduate studies at Webster University. After college, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the US Air Force, wherein he served 28 years, 18 days. Tracy’s profession is now Engineering, and he dedicates his free time to ministry, mentoring, photography and engaging in outdoor activities. Tracy strives to live the philosophy, “I Don’t Do Can’t!”
