Product description...

The Day’s Eulogy is all this day was.

A.A. Milne observed, “Rivers know this: there is no hurry. We shall get there someday.” And so it is as we float down The River Rhyme. Sail as the poetic current may flow; enjoy as your journey may go. Larry frequently uses a “sounding board” of people who read, assess and give their opinions of his work. Recently, a few responded: “Every so often when I read a poem you have sent me, I think, “Oh this is my all-time favorite,” and then another arrives that makes me think the same thing all over again. You have sent me quite a few “all time favorites”! Well, this one (Day’s Eulogy) definitely is one of your all-time bests. Every word is perfect and the lines flow just beautifully into beautiful thoughts. It’s a wonderful poem. Thank you so much for sharing it with me. I enjoyed reading it and I’m enjoying the after-effects of reading it. (MMO)... I love this one. It makes one think beyond oneself into the broad scheme of what a day truly brings. (MHM)...so good and the flow so smooth...like syrup overwhelming a plate size pancake... just perfect. (RTM)
