PuchungoJorge Osores was born in Lima, Peru. He immigrated to the United States at the age of sixteen. He served in the US Army and fought in Vietnam with the First Cavalry Division. He earned his MBA from Morgan State University in Baltimore, Maryland and an MS in international real estate from Florida International University. Jorge has broad experience in international management and controllership, with full fiduciary roles in Europe, and in North and South America. He became the senior financial advisor for USAID programs, and president of Cargill, Inc. in Colombia. He is happy to have the opportunity to share his principles of successful investment in this book.
