Linda Huang, MD and Emily HoffmanLinda Huang, MD graduated with honors from Stanford University in biology and music and completed her medical school and residency training at Northwestern University in Chicago. Board-certified in Internal Medicine since 1997, she is an attending staff physician at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. For over a decade, she served as a primary care physician in the Chicagoland area as well as a clinical instructor at the Northwestern University medical school and residency programs. Dr. Huang is certified by the American Board of Anti-Aging Medicine, a Fellow of Anti-Aging, Regenerative and Functional Medicine, and currently is an active member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Among other awards, she has been listed in the Guide to America’s Top Physicians, which places her among the nation’s most excellent in her field. Dr. Huang is also an active member in the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the Chicago Medical Society, the Illinois Medical Society, and the Illinois Medical Society. Dr. Huang is an avid beach volleyball player and an accomplished musician. Emily Hoffman graduated from Lake Forest College with a bachelor’s degree in communication. After graduation, she worked in commercial real estate, along with running her mother’s breast cancer charity, The Renée Israel Foundation. In 2011, Emily published her first book, A Blending of Bittersweet Memories, a cookbook dedicated to those who have lost a loved one. The compilation of endearing stories and family recipes—gathered from people all over the world—will allow their legacy and bittersweet memories to live on forever.
