Mike Sullivan lives in Sonora, California, with his wife Ginny Sullivan. He retired from the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation in 2007 as an Associate Warden after a 24-year career. Together, Mike and Ginny had four children and seven grandchildren. Mike is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College, Class of 1967. He served in the U.S. Army from 1969-1971 and the United States Marine Corps Reserve from 1988-1998. Mike has devoted much of his time over the last few years to the Eugene Pisenti Endowment Scholarship at Saint Mary’s College High School, in Berkeley, California, named for his high school football coach and Algebra teacher. He is donating all the proceeds from the sale of his book to the Eugene Pisenti Endowment Scholarship Fund.
