Don Peterson Jr. is a native Texan who owns a gun shop with his brother in the Dallas
area. He enjoyed a lengthy career in law enforcement before becoming an entrepreneur
and writer. He spends his time between Colorado and the family cattle ranch near
Canton, Texas. He has been married for twenty-two years to his high school sweetheart,
