David N. JollyDavid N. Jolly is a Washington State defense attorney. His legal career began as a prosecuting attorney in 1997and since 2001 he has been defending those who have been accused of traffic violations. He is also the author of The DUI Handbook for the Accused, The DUI Investigation Handbook, The Drug DUI Handbook, and the first iTunes DUI App for those accused of DUI in the United States. David was born in Melbourne, Australia and moved to Calgary, Canada in his early teens. He is a graduate of the University of Calgary and received his Law Degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law. He and his family live in Mukilteo, Washington.
