I am Captain Ror half blood born between the Black Hair tribe, elite warrior hunters, and the Rested tribe, powerful and cruel sorcerers, better known as Pulse Riders. . Detective Ron Smith walks into my boss's office, a corpse filled with surprises on his hands. A story too much like my dead finance. I am Sarah Gold, secretary to a wealthy philanthropist. Three years ago my finance was murdered. I am the only witness left. How can I not help the detective? Meeting him at a restaurant to look over pictures is pretty harmless. I want to help even if I end up in another world trying to solve the mystery of this John Doe's murder. Now myself and everyone else at the restaurant that night walked into a massive battle ensuing between a tribe of green-haired female cannibals and a gang of sorcerers. Some of us were lucky and rescued by warriors passing by. But not me. No, I’m stuck running for my life with two Goth girls and five sorcerers who might be our allies. At least for the moment. But how long can we trust them when they speak such horrors about people from Earth? Will they actually help us find the portals back home or will be stuck on this planet until the green-haired monsters catch us?
