Dr. Oluchi OTTI is the founder and Executive Director of Rapha Ministries. Dr. Oluchi is a Domestic abuse prevention advocate, who is committed to community-based, family-focused programs. Through her visionary spirit, passion and effective leadership, and her agency’s programs she has been instrumental in addressing individual, family, and community needs through prevention, early intervention, preservation, and supportive services that have touched and positively changed community members of all ages.
Dr. Oluchi has been instrumental in developing and building Rapha Ministries Family Violence Prevention programs and capacity and in fostering collaboration among families, organizations, communities, and government agencies, and has provided leadership in advocating for policies and actions which support families and the communities in which they live and work. Her annual Family Enrichment programs and Family Violence Awareness workshops, seminars, conferences, and various television appearances have touched community members of all ethnic, socio and economic backgrounds. As an individual that has made a great impact in the campaign against family violence at the local, national, and international levels, Dr. Oluchi has coordinated, facilitated, and been involved in the provision of workshops, seminars, forums, and conferences related to social and health issues in the areas of Family Violence. She has also been consistent in providing leadership in international health activities, and broad-based educational initiatives to improve the availability of social and health services to developing countries. She is committed to supporting community based programs in health and education and the development of communities through collaborations with organizations, private sectors, NGOs, government agencies, faith-based and community organizations.
