Donald Karl Stewart (Pastor at the Portmore Lane Covenant Community Church in Jamaica) was born in 1956, to devoted Anglican parents, Henry and Esmie Stewart who provided for him a solid religious foundation, a stable family life and a diverse social environment that were conducive to both exploration and introspection.







Having been born again in 1976, with Charismatic connections and evangelistic zeal, he was eventually given marching orders by his liberal, ecumenical Priest, from St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Church (99 Molynes Road) in the Summer of 1979.







During his teens, and much of his young-adult years, he had major struggles with sexual issues, and has since resolved to develop in his understanding and competence in order to correctly guide those now experiencing sexual turmoil, confusion, brokenness or addictions.







After 23 years in full time Christian ministry, he is even more convinced than ever before that sexual purity is an endangered phenomenon, which must be intelligently guarded, purposefully restored and deliberately promoted.







Donald continues to serve the Body of Christ through his commitment to evangelism, counseling, teaching, camping and deliverance ministries.







He presently holds two doctoral degrees and is currently pursuing a third (Ph.D. in Theology, U.W.I.), with a Thesis on “The Christian Church as an Agent of Sexual Purity in a Pluralistic Society”.







Donald has been married to Andrea (Shepherd) since April 1984, and together they have three lovely daughters; D’Anne-Kay, Nicole’ and Kristi-Lee.







With the motto; “Respect for All, Fear for None”, he is motivated by; “The Love of God”, and sees as his lifelong mission to; “Evangelize, Deliver and Educate God’s People, Towards Personal and National Transformation”.
