Tim Long has spent an extensive amount of his life traveling and researching the haunts, battlefields and trails across the Great Plains. In an attempt to breathe emotion into fact and history, he has spoken with some of the West’s most influential and provocative historians, including members in the Order of Indian Wars and Native American tribal elders. The underlying intent, however, is always to tell a good story. By living close to the Rocky Mountains, Long draws on their inspiration.
