Product description...

Write the Best Competitive Corporate Proposals

If you write proposals for government bids and contracts, you already know what a challenging and sometimes brutal task it can be. You can tell how good you are at your job…because there is always a winner, and always a loser. You also know how few resources are out there to help the dedicated professional to become better, and win bids more consistently. Proposal Writing for Government Contracts is designed to fill that gap, and give you the tools for repeated success. Author H. Roger Corbett shares what he learned in his 35 years in the competitive proposals field. Starting with the strategic Bid/No-Bid decision, and taking you step by step all the way through to the post-submittal activities, the process of organizing and writing proposals is laid out clearly. You’ll learn how to make better bid decisions, and you’ll receive invaluable instruction from the chapter devoted specifically to writing a winning Executive Summary. H. Roger Corbett learned his craft with hands-on experience, and figured out how to navigate the difficult world of proposals by making mistakes, and learning from them to become one of the best in his field. Now you have the invaluable opportunity to benefit from his experiences, to share the lessons of his losses and victories, and to benefit from his 35 years of accumulated wisdom. Proposal Writing for Government Contracts is a must-have for the professional library of any proposal writer who wants to get to the next level of success.
