The Cubonic Plague: Slow Death-by-Cube in Corporate America
The Cubonic Plague is the slow death march followed by cube-dwellers in corporate America as they are beaten down by management on a daily basis. A scheme is developed to uncover the mystery of where all the energy goes that’s sucked out of corporate lives. An engineer with a chip on his shoulder the size of Mount Rushmore teams up with an evil genius scientist to capture the “spewage” from employees and turn it into a renewable source of energy to be sold on the black market. An intern and his cohorts uncover the plot, and mayhem ensues, including the dosing of a thoroughbred that results in a major accident and a final showdown to determine who really is the owner of this new energy source. You’ll laugh out loud as the story unfolds with details of the most bizarre antics that seem unbelievable, unless you are one of the millions of corporate American alumni. Hold onto your desktop as you take a wild ride through the daily existence of far too many citizens of the corporate world, and pray that it isn’t too late for you!
