Everything we go through is a poetic expression of the journey of our life of our past and present only to hope for a tomorrow.
Poetry is deep. It's part of life. It surrounds us in our everyday living. You can't escape it, you can't deny it, and it’s uncontrollable because everything we go through is a poetic expression of the journey of our past and our present. Through our trials and tribulations, our failures and achievements are lessons for what lies ahead, and blessings to appreciate and be thankful for. No matter how great or good we are at doing what we do, we still can do better by only proceeding to do our best. We live and we learn. We give and we take. We smile and we laugh. We cry and we grieve. We fear and we hope. We love and we disagree. We reconcile and we forgive. We have good days and bad days. Every day is not going to be jolly and every moment is not going to be sad. We strive for perfection only to find that we’re imperfect in every way no matter how we live our life. We are designed for errors, disappointment, temptation, conflict of interest, and we must face uncertainty of love and death. We are who we are, we’re humans made in motion mentally, socially, physically, and emotionally. We're not alone as poetry defines our inner and outer self. Daily where there is good, evil always presents itself. Poetry is everything we go through, it’s part of us unknowingly and knowingly. Poetry is beautiful because life is beautiful despite the struggles and mishaps. There’s an outcome to everything that can be expressed through poetry from the beginning to the ending. My poetry is written with hope to inspire, motivate, and initiate peace. I hope to reach out to the lost and hurting souls. I hope to bring assurance to those in doubt about the heavenly father that spares us and forgives us; and his son that pleads for us and saved us to have life eternal. I also want to connect with the souls that know that there is a God, that prayer is powerful, and that it works. I want people to know whether they believe it or not that God is and will always be. The cover of the book and the back of the book don’t tell the story. You have to read the inside to find the true understanding of the beauty and passion of Christian poetry.
