I have loved the outdoors and photography for as long as I can remember. Being from a family of seven, we spent all of our time outside in our neighborhood. Those times are some of my most treasured memories as well as friends. After high school we raised two beautiful girls, then I went back to school as they entered college. I spent the next five years studying Botany, Horticulture, Design, at the prestigious school of Longwood Gardens in Pennsylvania while running my own landscaping business. As a woman this was a very difficult task that lasted a glorious fifteen years. Then we unexpectedly lost our oldest daughter at the age of twenty nine. Thinking that life would never be the same without her…our younger daughter started having our grandchildren. Igniting my passions for life and the outdoors, I wanted to teach them everything that I had learned. Especially after having two spinal fusion surgeries in one week. It really scared me, so off we went on our wonderful adventures together to learn about the living world around them. I am so very happy to share these stories with you and the children in your life.
