The room was a disaster. It looked like a hurricane had passed through it. Jim slowly looked around every inch of the room. His scan passed the bed positioned at the left and he could see a hand draped loosly over the edge.
As Jim moved over to the bed, he saw for the first time the object of his visit. Jerry Mathews lay face up on the bed, fully clothed and covered in blood.
