About “Life In A Minor Key”

These are autobiographical tales of a mirth-filled boyhood in Southern California during those pivotal decades of the Great Depression and World War II. Here are the colorful people whose methods of raising children may seem a bit unorthodox today. Here are the scruffy kids who learned to live by their wits in order to survive those trying times. And here are the many moments of comic relief that made those years tolerable.
