Stefanie was waiting for a love that’s real. Shade was searching for the one. The two are former Atwood, KS high school classmates that became together as one. After they were married, they found out they would not be able to have children, so then the plan was to spend the rest of their lives together, just the two of them. Then at different times through the years, they would get several roommates in their lives. After a tragic event, one of the roommates would be a blessing, a miracle in disguise.
