Back in the early 1980s my home for several years was Roswell, New Mexico. I was always curious and intrigued about the story of a spaceship crash near Roswell. UFOs and Aliens have been hush, hush for years. Thanks to some well known movies and cartoons this subject is no longer silent.

The summer of 2004 my husband and I took our niece and her husband on vacation to Roswell. While there we learned about the UFO Festival held every July. We decided we would come back the following year with fun activities to use in a booth for the UFO Festival. Unfortunately, the return trip to the UFO Festival did not happen. I had so many ideas, I started to write them down. The rest is history, a book was born.
