Stephen C.P. Green is a graduate of Howard University. He has lived in Los Angeles for thirty years. After working briefly in the entertainment industry, he started teaching at the age of 28. While studying for his teaching credential, he earned his master’s degree in Cross Cultural Teaching. Mr. Green has worked at Lillian Street Elementary (LAUSD) for twenty-five years. There he met his wife, Angelica Alvarado, who teaches as well. The students, parents, and coworkers at Lillian Street inspired his first published book, Chances, Choices, and Changes (2016). They were also the inspiration and motivation for this book.
