About the Author: Anastasia Svoboda, has a Ph.D. in Theology. She began competition long-distance running at the age of seven, was part of a nationally acclaimed dance team, and eventually had her own award-winning dance team of high school students. Her exercise program has been perfected over the course of 20 years with the feedback of several women. Anastasia is also an ordained pastor and has been a mentor to many teenage girls and adult women over the years, assisting them in all areas of their life—not just exercise and nutrition.
