About the Author

Dr. David L. Reynolds Jr (PhD)

Dr. David L. Reynolds Jr. is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and holds an MBA/PhD in Business Administration and Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University. As the owner of DL Promotion Company, Dr. Reynolds gives lectures and assists entrepreneurs in establishing and expanding their business. He is a member of the Deacon’s Ministry and recorded four gospel albums with a group known as the “Stars of Virginia”. Dr. Reynolds received numerous awards during his 40 year tenure as an employee of the US Government including the Governors Award and the Commanders Service Award. He and his wife Brenda currently lives in Richmond.
