Book Details

Every mom remembers what it was like to see her child’s first steps or to cheer loudly at his or her first competition. These key moments of childhood are etched in the heart of a mother forever, no matter how old her child grows. In this heartfelt new children’s book, Will You Remember?, Tera Frederick Howard MD highlights the special moments between mother and child and in doing so, celebrates the strong bond between them. A great read for children and mothers everywhere, this warm story has the perfect mix of nostalgia and love.

Tera is a physician specializing in obstetrics and gynecology. Having delivered hundreds of babies, she has witnessed the undeniable and instantaneous love that a mother has for her child. A devoted mother of three, Tera knows firsthand the sadness and joy that moms experience as their children age. Like many mothers, she hopes her children remember her devotion to them and her undying love.

Tera’s debut children’s book was Mommy, What’s That?, which teaches children the basic parts of the human body while inspiring them to use each part in a positive way. She also authored Mommy, Where Are You?, which introduces children to the concept of working motherhood while celebrating the diversity of careers in which women thrive.

Will you remember when I cuddled with you,
In the middle of the night, at half past two?

Will you remember the tears I cried,
When I dropped you off at daycare and waved goodbye?
