Book Details

“Leadership isn’t what theory promised— it’s what reality pours into your cup.”

Leadership was never meant to be learned only in theory...it is forged in the fire of real moments. From the Principal’s Cup is not just a book, it is a reflection, a reckoning, and a roadmap for leaders who have lived the work beyond the textbook. Dr. Traci pours out hard earned wisdom gathered from decades of walking the hallways of education. She speaks directly to school-based leaders who carry the emotional, intellectual, and moral weight of educating the next generation of learners. In these pages, you will discover:

• The unspoken lessons leadership teaches in real time
• How to lead through pressure, uncertainty, and accountability
• The evolution from managing people to truly impacting lives
• Why the most powerful leadership moments are never scripted

This book will remind you that leadership is more than a title. It is your most challenging calling. And everyday, what spills from your cup matters.
