Michael K. McMahan has published hundreds of thoughtful columns and articles in newspapers, including the Gaston Gazette, Shelby Star, Hendersonville Times-News and others in the USA Today network. He has written four books, including A Breach of Faith; Confessions of a Preacher's Kid; An Act of War; and, The Life Section. He is a nearly lifelong Sunday School teacher, teaching young adults, high school, and middle school students. He is married to Carla.
