Book Details

Mental Arsenal Youth Empowerment Manual is written for today’s youth who feel helpless and powerless in an intersocietal society. By exploring reflective tips on self-improvement and empowerment, you will learn that true power begins with the understanding of yourself and others. – Charlton Earlé Jennings

My main purpose of writing this manual is to communicate and enlighten youth who have questions about how to deal with difficult situations and others they may encounter, by reflecting on similar experience. I refer to past mistakes I made to help others avoid encountering negative interactions and consequences; that can impact their lives.
