When the hurt comes from within the Church

Those who have been called to serve the church are indeed frontline responders. Because of status, they are frequently the beneficiaries of indifference, resentment, and exasperation. This sometimes leads to church hurt that can seem unbearable. It must also be noted, that members of many congregations are also experiencing church hurt exacted upon them by their spiritual leaders. This then causes suffering to the body of Christ. Church hurt is a terrible sin and nothing good comes out of it. Therefore, the question I am submitting is this, who is willing to help those who have been hurt and are still hurting, to heal?
