My mother was horrified!

This memoir consists of mostly light-hearted stories from the author’s youth growing up on a farm in the small European country of Luxembourg. The narrative is broken up in a description of the environment that the author grew up in; his adventures on the farm; anecdotes from his teenage years; and from his twenties, as a university student in Germany and Switzerland.
