Kurt Paul Smith Hotelling

ABOUT THE AUTHOR: When not writing onward into his sextology, playing his Celtic harp, or building model railroads, Kurt Paul Smith Hotelling is, among many skills, a professional musician, educator, film historian, playwright, and retired Bandmaster who formerly taught Native American students on the Qualla Boundary. A double alumnus from the North Carolina School of the Arts, he has been writing classical fantasy for well over 45 years. He has moved from his stone eyrie in the Great Smoky Mountains of North Carolina and now lives nestled in the foothills of the Ozark Mountains of Arkansas, along with his gypsy wife (who crochets extensively and also creates intricate celebrated beaded jewelry and artwork), one rescued and very curious young Calico cat, a rescued and slightly confused black cat, an industrious and charming terrier, and uncounted mischievous yet helpful faeries. His musical daughters are out in the Bigger World, one a successful Doctor of Physical Therapy out west, the other finding her way.
