Book Details

Poetry that captures the beauty and mystery of the Greek islands and sacred sites

Each poem in this volume depicts the myth, history, and intimate landscape of islands and places in Greece. These poems reflect the mysteries, localities, and lyrical observations of each place: the islands revealed, the sacred and erotic, the timeless buried worlds, and for the reader, “one chance to turn and glimpse/The true and the beautiful.”
