Dr. Waldman, congratulations on a well written and informative book. With forty years of business experience, mostly in the C-Suite side of healthcare, I found the premise of your book fascinating.

There are two sayings I use all of the time: The first, expect the unexpected. Your section on telehealth was right on target. The second, is no one gets paid too much or too little for too long.
