About the Author

Regina Jones-Carver

Loving history and identifying as a Proud American, I felt it was imperative to renew our American History, as I wrote of an important, but lost story to history, I fell in love with Henry’s passion, for life, love and fidelity to his country, and love, his Devine Matilda Lee. I grew up in Kentucky, and now I reside in Alabama with my devoted, honorable, and loving husband, who always encouraged me during my five years of research to write this account.
