Janice N. Chapman was born in Woodward, Oklahoma December 25, 1941. She was raised in northwest Oklahoma just south and west of Laverne, Oklahoma. She now lives in Harper, Kansas, where she owns a small non profit thrift shop, The Prairie Angel.
