Book Excerpt

The life and health of your body is your strongest connection to earth, and you have a responsibility to make it present, keep it balanced, and allow it to thrive. The cause of all illness, all imbalance, is within us. Our tissues remember, our brains have filed away each step, each occurrence, and our hearts beat the song of every misguided choice. Our fingernails are ten red flags that reach out every day to send us needed messages. Our eyes have recorded every bump, scrape, and broken bone, and our chakras have dimmed with every unresolved or uncleared trauma.
