The Golfing Brain

Fast-Brain Golf

by James H. Grubbs

Book Details

I intend, in this book, to focus on the brain, rather than on the mind (which, after all, is a product of the function of the brain). I’ll emphasize the interdependence of the brain and the rest of the body, and I will shed light on how the brain and the rest of the body interact during a game of golf. I will answer the question, "What brain circuits should I use to play my most skillful and enjoyable golf?"
