Book Details

In the deadly game of working undercover, California Department of Motor Vehicle investigators are the crime fighters faced with lawbreakers who prey on the general public. They are referred to as unforgiving lawless predators. Money is their God. The reward for interference might be injury or death by torture, beheading, or being fed by the drug cartels to animal predators like the Komodo dragons. As a reader, you have a back seat to witness the incidents from start to finish. This exciting crime thriller will leave you speechless, numb, short of breath and gasping for air. Remember, “the struggle against predators is an ongoing pursuit that will continue as we reach all those who wish us harm, until quiet is assured.”

About the Author

Sonny Stark

Dr. Sonny Stark, author-writer-screenwriter, is a former senior special investigator and a sworn state peace officer for the state of California Department of Motor Vehicle’s Bureau of Investigations for over twelve years, between 1986 and 1998. After forty-three years as a sworn California state peace officer, he retired on October 31, 2014. This novel is fictional and not presented as fact, though it may be based on true events experienced by the author in southern California. There are colorful characters contained in a collection of short stories not seen before, which can be shared with everyone. Fictitious names were used, and any resemblance to actual places or persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. The law enforcement community refers to Stark as the “Human Bloodhound.” Stark has been relentlessly trailing the lawless predators who focus on American society, as referred in his book, Justice with Honor. The “Human Bloodhound’s” motto is to file criminal charges against the lawless and callous cold-blooded breed known as predators, rewarding them for their evil, unscrupulous, and intentional self-serving sinful overt acts, not with love, affection, or admiration, but with arrest, handcuffs, incarceration, heavy fines, or deportation.
