Dr. Chaumley grew up in Pontiac, Michigan. An alumnus of Pontiac Central High School, he received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Detroit College of Business (Davenport University), he then received a Master's Degree from Central Michigan University, and finally a Doctoral Degree (D Phil) from Oxford University.
