Co-author Brian Butler is vice president of business development for The Allied Group, a leading provider of both sophisticated kitting & fulfillment services, as well as high-impact marketing communications and lead generation programs for the life science, higher education, and financial services industries. In his current role, he is responsible for spearheading client acquisition efforts for the organization. He is the author of "Find 'Em, Get 'Em, Keep 'Em—Proven Strategies for Attracting, Acquiring and Retaining the Right Customers," and co-author of the recently released "In Search of…Customers!," both published by Outskirts Press. In his speaking and training capacity, Brian has given numerous keynote addresses and presentations for organizations such as AARP, IBM, The American Yacht Charter Association, Atlas Travel International, and One Communications. Brian holds a BS in marketing, graduating with honors from the University of Bridgeport, where he attended school on a two-sport athletic scholarship, and an MBA from Century University. He is a lifelong resident of Rhode Island.
Co-Author Jennifer Vondenbrink is a nationally recognized authority on moving people outside their comfort zone. From her career with Starbucks Coffee Company, she learned coloring inside the lines isn't always a formula for growth. Today, she engages individuals and companies ready for change, especially when it comes to social media and e-mail marketing, as a business consultant, speaker, professional trainer, and author. After receiving her marketing degree from Babson College, Jennifer went on to work for companies such as General Motors, Toyota, and Starbucks Coffee Company. Today, she blends her Fortune 500 experiences with her entrepreneurial knowledge to support businesses ready to grow. She has been recognized by both the Tri-Town Chamber of Commerce and the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for her commitment to education for the business community.
