A Journey in the Air is the story of a friendship between two wild ducks, Gray and Spotty. Gray is a more mature duck who has faced life-and-death situations from time to time when he travels with the flock to search for food. His role is to help Spotty learn to follow the flock and behave himself. Spotty, on the other hand, is very young and unpredictable—a duck who wants to venture off on his own and explore the unknown… Fortunately, his loyal friend Gray is there to lead him away from danger—especially during hunting season—and guide him toward making better decisions.
