Mary Nash started her legal career in 1976 after graduating from Nova University in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Previously, she received her Bachelor’s and a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from Florida Atlantic University. After law school she was awarded a post-doctoral legal Master’s Degree (LL.M.) in International Finance from Georgetown University. In 1993 Mary relocated to Arkansas to be closer to her daughter and grandson. Mary has practiced in the area of Elder Law and Estate Planning for over 30 years. In that time, she has created thousands of revocable, irrevocable, and special needs trusts. Mary also has handled numerous Guardianships and Veterans Benefits issues, and has counseled families on saving assets and qualifying for Medicaid. Mary’s practice areas are Elder Law, Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, VA Benefits, and Guardianships. She currently lives in Maumelle, Arkansas with her dog.
