Irene Brodsky is a part-time faculty member of Brooklyn College CUNY. She is a full time writer and proud author of Outskirts Press since 2008. This is her 4th book. Truly a labor of love because she has been a fan of Johnny Maestro since 1957. At age 11, her brother, Herby, came home with an album by The Crests featuring the voice of Johnny Maestro. He played it day and night. At age 65, Irene is giving something back for all of that enjoyment! She chose to write a tribute to Johnny.
