Ron Baxter is a native of New York, currently residing in Columbia, South Carolina. He graduated from South Carolina State University in 2001 with a bachelor's degree in English. Ron Baxter is a student of the human condition, wielding the written craft to enrapture the mind much like an artist wields a brush.
