Billy Anders had 31 years experience as an outstanding police officer, five of them as a SWAT commander; 28 years as a decorated military officer; a Master’s degree in Administration of Justice. He’s a licensed commercial pilot, flew police helicopters; a graduate of the FBI National Academy, the most prestigious school in law enforcement, commended by the FBI Director on his graduation...but underneath it all, he’s a Mississippi country boy with a tender appreciation for life; a professional police officer who believes that his community should understand his gratitude; that present and future police officers can learn from his experience.
