Ibrahim Zaki Saadeh, MASociology Dr. Wajih I. Saadeh, Ph.D, was born in Birzeit, Palestine. He spent his youth in his favorite home town of Birzeit. He also spent time in Haifa- Palestine, where his father Ibrahim Abdallah Saadeh, Attorney at Law, had his law offices. Haifa, Palestine. Dr. Saadeh had his B.A from Youngstown University (at present Youngstown State University), M.A. from University of Chicago with two majors, History of the Arabs and Moslem Peoples, and International Relations. He had his Ph.D studies in History at Loyola University, Chicago, and had a certification of good standing. He had a Ph.D from Florida Christian University in History, and Ph.D from Tennessee Christian University with a major in Philosophy of History. Dr. Saadeh worked as a teacher in catholic schools in both Palestine and Jordan, 1945-1951, and an instructor of social science at UNRWA Teachers College in Ramallah, where he also served as a supervisor of Social Sciences over the UNRWA schools in the Ramallah District and north of Jerusalem area, 1963-1964. He worked as grade A Translator at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, Reyad, Saudi Arabia, 1965-1966. He also worked as a teacher-supervisor of education in Beit Hanina, north of Jerusalem, with the Ministry of Education in Amman, Jordan, 1966-1971, and was a Senior Academic Translator at King Faisal University, Al-Dammam, Saudi Arabia, 1980-1981. He was a professor of Social Sciences at Bethlehem University, Bethlehem, Palestine, 1981-1984. He is an author of best-selling books in Arabic and Islamic History, and he published a large number of articles in newspapers and academic Journals, and was engaged in research for some time and published number of books on Arab History.
