Book Details

I could feel my life was heading to a hopeless ending when a childhood experience led me to explore what I just couldn’t figure out. This meant abandoning my old life and creating a new me by allowing nature to be the guide to my healing. My life, previously buried in anger, needed a drastic change. I set off to find what I knew was missing and later discovered how my life changes were tied to my Tai Chi lessons I learned from my instructor. This memoir captured my life in 2010 during a trip that was called upon early in my life. A journey that has made me a happy man.
